By placing this order, you acknowledge that you have read the listings properly and are aware that there is a lead time for all items unless specifically noted as “local stock”.

Pretty Cute Things (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control (ie. Customs/Post Office etc).

You will be kept informed of your order’s whereabouts on a regular basis.

Returns / replacements are possible but will result in the forfeiture of any postage/courier charges that we will have incurred.

While we do our very best to keep all our customers happy, there are strictly no refunds or replacements more than 30 days after delivery.

All returned items must arrive at the premises of Pretty Cute Things (Pty) Ltd in a satisfactory condition (at your own cost) prior to any refunds/replacements being undertaken.
